I want to take the stress out of your House Hunting. So, when you go to open houses, just give out my name instead of yours and let them know that I will contact them later... FOR YOU.  
 
While you are House Hunting, and you drive by a sign posted "For Sale", you can give me the address & phone numer on the sign and I will find out the rest for you. Likewise, if you find a home listing on the internet, write down the MLS # and I will do the digging again to be sure the home is still available and not already in escrow or sold. I will also set up a private Showing if you like, for any you may want. I want your shopping for your new home to be a very pleasant experience.

A word about etiquette:  You need one agent only. It is most proper to ultimately extend your loyalty to an agent who spends a significant amount of effort helping you find a property. Remember, real estate agents work on commission, so the time they spend working on your behalf would amount to no income if you don't ultimately make your purchase through them.  Working with a Buyers Agent is advantageous to the Buyer and it can often result in a net savings on property purchases - whether traditional sale homes or foreclosure properties, and can also help home buyers from making costly mistakes in negotiations, contract terms and property research. Don't go it alone... the Buyer's agent is usually paid by the Listing agent from the Listing fee, not by the Buyer.
