Sales and Finance for over 30 years in many different fields. 18 of those years were as a Finance Manager/Fleet & Lease Manager in the Automotive Industry. Ginger is a true Native of Northern California. Her GREAT Grandmother had lived in Marin County's San Anselmo since the late1800's, while Grandmother Alberta was born & raised in Santa Rosa. Her ancestors came to Bodega Bay and Sebastopol before the Gold Rush days. Cousins, 1st cousins are in every County of Northern California and 5 siblings hold a valid CA RE license. Ginger was born in San Francisco. She moved to Marin at age 10. She attended College in Sonoma County with a full academic schedule-- while working a full time job plus raising her daughter, another job in itself. When not serving her clients, Ginger spends most of her time with her FAMILY. Currently, Ginger is affiliated with a Realty & Mortgage Corporation of Grass Valley, located in the Foothills of Sierra-Nevada mountains.

**In 1980, Ginger Hopp was written up in San Mateo Times for her unusual honest approach to selling. The newspaper had sent out their own "mystery" shoppers unannounced... to catch salesmen candidly. The salespeople they chose to interview were the Top Producer's in their company. They were expecting to be lied to and pressured by each top seller. To their surprise, Ginger's approach to selling was bluntly honest intead of exagerative like many other salespeople tend to do. The "mystery" shoppers were sent back a second time, hoping to catch her and still Ginger's Salesmanship stayed true to herself; she actually told them that it wasn't the product for them, even though it meant losing the sale. This was a Datsum dealership where Ginger was a "Special Finance" Manager and picked out and sold vehicles for people with no credit, bad credit, no down payment or new in town. Over the next few months dozens of women came in asking to buy, but only from Ginger Hopp. Those mystery shoppers had uncovered a true character ... you can count on Ginger, when shopping for YOUR new home.
