Location Characteristics:
Just like the abundance of Wildlife here, so is the abundance of

are springing up close to the center of town. Got horses? Goats or chickens? This is a modern City in the Country!. It's close
enough to Sacramento, yet far enough to feel peace of mind you get in the Country.
Auburn has grown substantially during the past 10 years and a whopping
20% over the last year alone. With many custom built homes, Auburn has kept it's charm and is well-loved for it's small town

Hwy 80 runs through Auburn; many travel through it on the way to Reno or Tahoe's North Shore. This community is only one hour
from snow skiing, yet the climate is much warmer as it is below the snowline. Commuting to a Sacramento job is easily done
within 30 minutes.
