I will not promise you more dollars than the Market will bear, and then later get you to lower your price weekly... unless,
of course, that is the strategy you prefer.
That is a Sales tactic used by many prominent Realtors just to get you to sign the deal. Ask them what
their closing ratio with documentation. I promise not to mislead you; I only want to sell your property with the
least amount of stress on you as possible.
I will price it correctly from the start... so you can sell it quickly in any kind of market, whether it is a declining
market or a fast paced equity market.
