I will submit your property to the Multiple Listing Service plus submit copies of your listing to all agents on our sales force throughout two counties. I will tour your property with all our office personnel and also promote your property to other Realtors at the MLS Breakfast for maximum exposure. I will have cooperating brokers in your area tour your property and provide for cooperating brokers a list of features and benefits. I will then follow-up on all Agents that have shown your property for a response.
I will develop a list of features and benefits of your property including photos for a sensational flyer. I will advise you as to changes you may want to make on your property. I will hire a professional videographer to show your property on the Internet with a "Virtual Tour" room-by-room, 360 degrees, on multiple sites. I will be constantly updating you as to the current market changes. I will mail out Just Listed Cards in the surrounding area and will provide a professional sign and lockbox. I will hold open house when possible and advertise when necessary. I will deliver a copy of your multiple listing.
I will handle follow-up & keep you informed, before and after acceptance of an offer. I will negotiate on your behalf with buyers agent. I will protect you and counsel you regarding required forms. I will order any necessary or required reports for you. I will continue to show your property to obtain a back-up offer even after you have an accepted offer pending in escrow. I will keep you up to date and on time with all contract dates for your protection.
