Ginger Hopp was born in San Francisco and moved to Marin County
at age 10. She spent her College Days in Sonoma County where her ancestors first settled in the 1800's. Ginger's relatives are currently living throughout
Marin County and Sonoma County. Northern California is definitely her roots.
Ginger Hopp funded a start-up, First Class Mortgage, in Burlingame CA from 1986-1996. She has worked in Sales and Finance
for 45+ years, with 20 of those years in the Automotive industry with various titles such as Finance Manager, Director of
Fleet & Lease, and Truck Lady of the Peninsula.
Ginger Hopp is also an Artist ... in fine arts.... which led her to working with a print shop for ten years creating logos,
slogans, and the layout and design on direct mail pieces for small business owners. Creativity produces "Action"! And so the
slogan goes.
"Hopp for Action ! .... then, start packing !"
Ginger had done her formal Real Estate training in Venice Beach,
CA with a Real Estate Sales & Property Management company. She worked with them for several years, where she was originally
hired for her skills in developing their marketing program. The company was affiliated with the West LA Board of Realtors
and Beverly Hills MLS. After receiving her CA State Real Estate License, Ginger decided to come home to here roots in Marin
County and Sonoma County. Real Estate runs in the family! Several Cousins, 2 sisters and 2 brothers are also licensed Real
Estate Agents in Northern California. Ginger's daughter, who was born and raised in San Rafael is a very talented loan underwriter for one of the largest national R.E. mortgage
lenders. What a team!
