Question:     What if the cash Investor doesn’t want to “Be the bank”, but just wants to flip a property already in foreclosure ... for a quick profit?

After researching the current quick sale value, we negotiate the purchase price of your note based on a quick sale price and can usually acquire the note for you between 55% or less of current market value.
  • If it is an out-of-state note and it is already listed for sale by another agent that's great,  Eagle Eyes Asset Managemtnt, Ltd steps in to speed up the sale process when it is offered as a short-sale.  You will have a super fast close of escrow and any agents involved will be in heaven and so thankful.
  • When the home borrower is still living in the property and it is not yet listed for sale by another Realtor, then Eagle Eyes Asset Management, Ltd will interview the borrower and offer them desirable terms that can save their credit from a foreclosure blemish.  The borrower will recover much quicker and be able to buy another property as soon as their financial picture is stabilized.  There is absolutely no need to be rude and mean about their misfortune like some of the big banks are doing.
  • The borrower is usually very thankful for the personalized treatment they are offered and very willing to co-operate with our scenarios because we will be offering to save their credit from further damage when they do cooperate and leave the premises broom clean. If it is a CA property, it will be listed by Eagle Eyes Real Estate plus co-listed by a local Realtor for Open houses and to list it in the local MLS.  If it is an out-of-state property, then Eagle Eyes will hire another Broker/Realtor in that location to List it for sale.
  • This is a Joint Venture with Eagle Eyes Asset Management, Ltd and therefore, Eagle Eyes will be taking care of all the details for the cash Note investor.
