PERFORMING NOTES: 6% acquisition fee *
Performing Notes go directly into your name. You will wire the note purchse price plus simultaneously
wire 6% of the note acquisiiton price directly to REPS on the same date of acquisition. A servicing
company will be set up for you to collect your future monthly payments so that all payments collected
from the borrower will go directly to the Note holder via the Servicing Company. The servicing company will
notify the homeowner of the change in Investors (you) with a "Welcome Letter" on your behalf. You are now their bank!
NON-PERFORMING NOTE PURCHASE: 5% acquisition fee *
You will wire the note purchase price plus 5% acquisiton fee directly to REPS on the same date of Note acquisition.
The Non-Performing Notes are purchased by REPS and placed in a Joint Venture with Eagle Eyes Asset Management,
Ltd. (Eagle Eyes Asset Management, Ltd is an asset holding company). Real Estate Processing Services, LLC
will take care of all the details of flipping the note and perform all the necessary due dillengence for you. Actual
time to flip a note can be from three weeks to six months. REPS will prepare a spreadsheet showing each exit strategy
for each note and the time-frame and exit strategies will be discussed thoroughly prior to choosing and purchasing the
note.
* For large purchases such as a pool of notes, the acquisition fee is lowered as shown
on Exhibit One of our Agreement. Contact me with any other specific questions.
